Giving Back to the Community

Hello Everyone!

My name is Angie Persello and I am the current intern here at All Brides Beautiful. I love my internship, not only because I get to be involved in helping women find their dream dress, but because All Brides Beautiful encourages giving back to the community. I think that helping others is one of the most rewarding things a person can do in life and All Brides Beautiful gives me that opportunity everyday I come in for my internship.

I recently lead All Brides Beautiful’s participation in the Gowns 4 Hope event that took place on March 20th. The event was a huge success and raised money for the YWCA’s NIA (Nurturing Independence and Aspirations) Program. The program helps young women as they age out of the foster care system.

All Brides Beautiful has been very supportive of my organization Music Can Cure.  In 2009 I started “Music Can Cure,” an organization dedicated to improving the lives of terminally ill teens through music. The organization collects new and very gently used CD’s from all over the world and then distributes these CD’s to teens in hospitals across the country. Music Can Cure was recently featured on the news. Follow this link: Music Can Cure Interview to watch the full news story and learn more about my organization! You can also connect with Music Can Cure on Facebook!
